KeyPlus Score Highly in Approved Contractor Scheme Assessment

We’re delighted to announce our highest ever score in our annual Approved Contractor Scheme assessment. The average score for a company our size is 50 so we’re very pleased to have exceeded this by 150%

KeyPlus scored 125, which places us well within the top 10% of security companies* across the UK, narrowly missing out on the top 5% by just 3 marks!

Quality assured by the industry regulator and taking place over two days, the face-to-face Approved Contactor Scheme assessment included interviews, the review of documentation and site visits. Independent proof of our commitment to quality, customer service and best practice, this rigorous assessment is a seal of approval from the SIA – an independent organisation responsible for regulating the private security industry in the UK.

Reporting directly to the Home Office and working to develop high standards of professionalism and service, being awarded approved contractor status for the 10th year by the SIA shows our dedication to the business and the security industry as a whole.

Neil Windsor, Managing Director of KeyPlus said “We’re really pleased to have been awarded approved contractor status for another year and the fact that we scored 125 out of a possible 145 is fantastic news for the business.

“We’re always working hard to deliver the best possible services to our customers, so to receive such a high score reinforces our commitment to quality.

“It also recognises our hard work and dedication as a business, working to the highest standards not only for our customers, but for the team that work with us who continue to help us deliver the high standards of service we’ve been recognised for.”
