Safety begins at home, that’s why we offer a Home Response service to look after your property. From Alarm Response to Neighbourhood Patrols, our range of services can give you extra peace of mind that your home is protected.

What services do you offer as part of Home Response?

Alarm Response

As the nominated key holders for your domestic alarm system, we’ll respond to your alarm at any time of the day or night. We’ll inspect your property and liaise with the emergency services if necessary. Our Officers won’t leave until the alarm has been reset and your home is secure.

Home Checks

There’s no need to worry about leaving your home unattended when you’re away or at work. You can arrange for our Officers to visit and carry out a quick security check – we can even water your plants, turn lights on and off and clear post from your doormat.

Neighbourhood Patrols

We can provide scheduled or random mobile patrols – either for individual homes or for a group of residential properties whose owners want a joint solution to security issues in their neighbourhood. We’ll keep a vigilant eye on homes and act as a cost-effective and visible deterrent to potential burglars or opportunist thieves.

Lost Keys

Anyone can lose their keys or lock themselves out of their home, car or office. But when you leave a spare set with us, you know that help is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Deliveries

Forget waiting at home for deliveries, we can accept small parcels on your behalf and deliver them to you when you arrive home. For larger deliveries, we can meet the delivery driver at your home and accept the item(s) for you. Larger deliveries can be booked in with us, providing you know the date and the courier can give us 60 minutes notice. Once your delivery has arrived, we’ll call you to let you know it’s safe.

Specific Access Requests
