What’s the first thing that will happen when I enquire?

When you enquire about our services, the first thing that happens really depends on whether you already have security services in place or not. If you do, the chances are you’ll know what you’re looking for, and quite often will just require an official quote sending. 

If you’re new to security services, it’s important to understand the options available, so we’ll usually arrange a meeting in person or over the phone to run through our services and answer any questions you may have. To ensure continuity, our Operations Director will be the person who makes contact initially to ensure the information given at quotation stage is delivered throughout the service period 

What type of information do I need to provide to get a quote?

To prepare a quote we’ll need your full name and contact details, the name of the company and the full postal address.

Will you need to visit my business to give me a quote? 

It depends. We don’t usually need to visit if we’re quoting for Key Holding & Alarm Response as this is a standard service in the majority of cases. On the odd occasion we do need to make a visit, it will be to get a better understanding of your requirements for our Mobile Patrols and Lock & Unlock services.

How long will it take to get a quote?

From the initial contact, we can provide a quote in as little as an hour.

What happens when I accept a quote?

Our quotations are sent via DocuSign, so once you’ve signed to accept it, we’ll get in touch to arrange a convenient time and date for a site survey to put together the information we need to gain safe entry to your property. 

How quickly can you put services in place?

Once we’ve conducted the site survey, we can put services in place within two hours.

How long will the contract be for?

The normal length of a key holding contract is 12 months, but we offer a bespoke service so we can offer a short-term/short-notice solution to suit any requirement or budget.

How often is the contract reviewed?

All contracts are reviewed on an annual basis. If your information has changed during the contract period, i.e. a new person has started and will be looking after security, we can update your details any time via telephone.
